For the crumble topping, blend your biscuits and pecans in a blender. Mix in your handful of barley flakes or oats. Sprinkle over your fruit mix and smooth out. Toss in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. While you're waiting, make yourself some custard, or run out to buy some (This doesn't mean I recommend leaving an oven unattended, I'm trusting you again to be wise :) )
